Awesome find! My husband is from the east coast,  and always complaining about the lack of real Italian deli's.. then we found this gem of a place.  The sandwiches were SO good.  We came home with some of their deli stuff, olives and their delicious artichokes.  My husband bought a frozen meal,  chicken Parm, that he thought was perfect.  His favorite thing though had to be the fresh made cannolis.. reminded him of his childhood in New York.

3.5 stars my fellow Yelper's. Here are the basics:

A real Italian deli, way more than just sandwiches.

    Great staff.

Great options, clean inside and outside seating.

    Very popular.

Sandwiches great but many dollars more than the going rate and sadly smaller sizes too.

I'm certainly not comparing this place to any chain sub sandwich shops, I'm comparing it to mom and pop places here in Santa Clarita.

I would go back only if other people went but I know I won't get my bang for the buck here which is what I look for. This is just one persons opinion, mine.

My son recommended this place and the only thing missing from here is fresh pizza but after seeing the size of the place, it's understandable why they don't serve it. They do offer it for catering though. The tiny place is in a small strip mall so there is some parking.

As you enter, everyone must take a number and the person that calls your name also preps your food and charges you. They're were quite a few people packed in the small area as you waited for your number to be called. We had to go through the process twice because we ended up buying some pepperoncini after we finished eating so make sure you don't forget to buy everything when it's your turn.

We ordered a large meatball sandwich, lasagna, antipasto salad, and 2 cannolis. Even though though we were eating it there, they had prepared it to go.  Because of this, the paper wrapping absorbed most of the sauce that came on top of the meatballs. It was a good thing that the meatballs were incredibly moist so it wasn't too bad without the extra sauce. I'm glad we had the sandwich on what they call the hard bread because it was able to handle the sauce without falling apart. It was crispy on the outside but soft on the inside and it didn't hurt the roof of your mouth as you bit into the sandwich as some hard bread can end up doing. The lasagna was good but not the best I've had. The sauce was a little sweet but that's more of a preference. The salad was made with mostly iceberg lettuce which isn't necessarily my favorite. The soaked artichokes were actually really tasty. The best part were the cannolis because I think they added cinnamon to the shell dough which gave a sweetness to the inside filling. I really enjoyed these almost as good as the ones from Boston 's Little Italy.

We'll definitely be back to try the other sandwiches and of course for those cannolis!

Decided to check them out today, so called ahead of time and ordered a meatball sandwich with provolone on a nice crusty loaf of bread. I went with the hard loaf because I figured it would get soggy with the marinara sauce, and the lady on the phone said "good choice" when I picked it. When I got to the restaurant I had to pick a number, yes everyone is instructed to pick a number even if you've made a phone order. But I didn't have to wait too long, maybe about 5 minutes or so to be helped which gave me some time to walk around the store to see what else they offered. When the lady behind the counter called my number I mentioned my name and that it was a phone order. She just had to go to the back to grab my sandwich and put it in a bag. Next thing I'm going to try when I come back is a hot pastrami and possibly some cannoli's or cookies.

So far definitely recommend the meatball sandwich and calling your order in to save some time.

I have passed this place many times and being true Italian was dying to try it. We ordered it to go and ugh what a disappointment. We got spaghetti and meatballs and asked for extra sauce on the side and didn't get it. The meatballs were sub par. I had a grandma from Italy that made it fresh so I'm not going to be put off by that but we also ordered a pastrami and asked for cheese on it no cheese! I also ordered a sausage sandwich and it didn't come with cheese! I have never in my life seen a sausage sub with no cheese! The sausage was still pink and not hot and the bread was all soggy from the sauce. The Italian cookies were good but the cannolis were so gross!!!! I just got back from Boston where they are amazing, but these were horrible! All four of us threw them away! They had some kind of spice on or in them that taste like peppermint! Blah!
UPDATE: decided to try again asked for cheese and got this! My husbands was a $14.00 sandwich and look at
